Deborah Hunn is a lecturer in Creative Writing and Curtin University. Her short stories, essays and reviews have been published in a range of journals and book collections including Westerly, Southerly, Polari, Foreign Literature and Art (Shanghai) and, most recently, in the Fremantle Press anthology of creative non fiction, Purple Prose. Deborah was awarded Westerly’s annual Patricia Hackett Prize for her 2013 short story “Endless Winter”. Deborah is the current managing editor of Sitelines, an online journal that showcases work from students and alumni of Curtin’s Creative and Professional Writing and Publishing programs.
