Susan Midalia is the author of three collections of short stories, all shortlisted for major Australian literary awards: A History of the Beanbag, An Unknown Sky and Feet to the Stars. Susan is also a freelance editor and an experienced facilitator of writing workshops, and is currently a board member of Margaret River Press and writingWA. The Art of Persuasion (Fremantle Press, 2018) is Susan’s first novel.
